Gülhan Bayar BuÄŸdacı is one of the founding partners of Bayar & Demircan Law Firm. She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1996. Throughout her working life of more than 25 years, she has gained experience in many law firms in different branches. She specializes in resolving disputes on international issues, especially in the fields of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law, Family Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Rental Law, Tax Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Foreigners Law.

Ali Engin Demircan is one of the founding partners of Bayar & Demircan Law Firm. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2003 and then completed the Economic Law Master's Program (L.L.M.) at Bilgi University in 2010. Demircan gained experience in reputable law firms throughout his working life. He worked as a legal advisor at Koç Holding A.Åž. (Fortune 500 company) for 6 years. Demircan specializes in Contracts Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Intellectual Property Law and operates under Bayar & Demircan Law, which he founded.
